# Praeva Analytics narrative source-transfer checklist The prototype includes original interstate and NCRIC graphics. The branded Civic Review Packet supplies analytical explanations. The latest source recovery identifies the California State Auditor’s official ALPR oversight precedent and attributes trust wording to the Camarillo presentation. The official audit has been independently checked and integrated; the presentation’s original slide/video receipt remains needed. ## Already available and integrated - Candidate-state tile map, regional-network focus, non-California organization profile, and NCRIC search-scope profile. - System/lifecycle explanation, the Flock episode, Axon configuration/activity, the Camarillo summary, and the request/production chronology. - Branded report-context receipts with printed-page references. The report is secondary analysis, not the underlying audit/correspondence files. - California State Auditor Report 2019-118 and official Audit Results. This audit examined four other agencies, not VCSO. - Recovered trust wording with attribution to the supplied research note, and independently checked local reporting about represented current sharing. ## Exact content still needed 1. **Per-state increases:** dated Texas/Florida/Ohio/Georgia series, classification methodology and comparison windows/denominators. The recovered row totals are populations, not increases or verified search direction. Ohio's controlled supplemental profile contains 20,275 audit observation rows; a dated state-level series is a separate evidentiary question. 2. **NCRIC and “Who Is Watching Us?”:** the underlying report passages and primary-source citations for any additional organizational relationships, participating agencies, sharing arrangements or VCSO-specific access claims beyond the supplied graphics. Include effective dates and separate capability from actual configuration/use. 3. **California/local misuse examples:** the official State Auditor precedent is restored. Any additional individual case would need primary records or reliable reporting, jurisdiction/date, procedural status/outcome, corrections or disputes, and the safeguard it illustrates. The newer national catalog is not recovered original Praeva Analytics evidence. The Camarillo bar allegations are not ALPR allegations. 4. **Transparency/accountability/trust assurances:** the original Camarillo presentation attachment/video/transcript and timestamps for the recovered trust wording, corrective daily-to-weekly audits and access/sharing representations. Recovered wording is not the same as an independently inspected primary source. 5. **Audit/control verification:** redacted Camarillo presentation/transcript, request/deficiency/production correspondence, Flock and Axon originals, and any produced audit criteria, findings, sharing/configuration history, authorization/purpose records and lifecycle policies. Keep “not in this package,” “not produced” and “does not exist” distinct. Preserve original graphic files and their qualification notes. These supplied assets remain marked internal-review-only in the package manifest; restoration does not grant publication clearance.
